The location could not be more convenient, just around the corner from the main station and ski hire facilities, with a cozy ambiance featuring large comfy sofas and wood carvings all over. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable with fantastic food and excellent service from the very friendly staff. I couldn't fault it, but I wish it was a bit larger. Make sure to request a room with a view of the Matterhorn and an upper floor for a worry-free open window experience. Definitely recommend this place!

One of the best hotel experiences I've had, especially with the extra touches like boot hat and glove dryers in individual lockers.
